If you are paying by check; Checks must be postmarked by the last day of each Rate Tier in order to qualify for that rate. Checks must be received no later than April 30. If you are mailing a check, please include following information;

Cancellation policy:
While we hope you don't have to cancel, we understand that sometimes situations arise. If you need a refund we will happily comply up to 14 days after payment is made and/or up to 30 days prior to the event, minus a processing fee of $50 to cover non-refundable credit card charges, postage and handling fees, etc. All artists, classes, schedules are subject to change without notice
Photo/Video Release:
Santa Monica Tango Festival Year Book - Release Agreement for Use of Photograph/Videotape: In registering for the Santa Monica Tango Festival , you hereby give permission to The SMITH to use any photos or videos taken of you during the Festival. The photos and videos may be posted on line or any of our web sites. Your photos and videos will not be used in conjunction with any inflammatory content. If for any reason you do not want your photos or videos used (or you want a specific photo to be removed from any of our content), simply submit a request in writing, complete with a current photo of the way you looked at the time of the festival so we can remove you from any photos/videos that may be posting. Thank you for your participation in the SMITH.
Donate to the SMITH
Support the arts! Tango Smith provides free tango classes and events to foster and grow the tango dance community. A percentage of your donations will also go to The Dance Resource Center of Greater Los Angeles; a non-profit service organization for dance whose mission is to support community-based professional dance activity by providing access to information, resources, and services; and to promote the visibility of Greater Los Angeles dance on local, state, and national levels. Donors will be listed as Sponsors on the website and festival program.
