AnaMaria Menendez
Anamaria Menendez born and raised in Buenos Aires began learning Argentinean Folklore dancing as a child. After moving to Los Angeles she continued mastering this dance form, and performed in numerous shows and exhibition with a Folklore Argentino Dancing Co. Her love for this genre of dance has currently brought her to teach the Chacarera at the Tango Room in Sherman Oaks, CA. Anamaria hopes to inspire others to learn this traditional, enjoyable dance during the SMITH, so they can join the tango dancers at the milongas when the Chacarera is played.
